Cancellation and Refund Policies

The consultation charges are non-refundable.

Our protocol medicines are individual specific; we prepare the medicines after the consultation and receiving the full payment from the patients. Once the medicines are prepared the paid amount towards medicines will not be refunded. Whereas you can cancel the order before the medicine are prepared, in such cases the amount received towards medicines will be refunded after deducting the tax components, if any.
